This is very, very good news ! I think the real money will

feel alot more inclined to invest in a company trading on the TSX

and we can see the s/p go into the high dollar figure more easily

and faster ! I have been in a few private placements myself and

know how it works ! Every thing is planned out and if there is

news they will release it ! If there is a deley I will hold as the TSX

will hold the s/p alot more than the venture !
