I agree with your reasoning, but right now I think any

financing will be good in these dire times in the market.

We will be able to make a call (good or bad) )when we are updated and

then we, as share holders, will vote on what (magindustries

and the Chinese) have come up with. So we will have some say !

I think things should start picking up next week ! Think the

s/p will gap up to $.60 by end of next week ! Someone likes it at that

price as we will go well over $.70 when this thin g is o.ked . Talk with you later
