The days get shorter and my nerve slowly deminises as time get's closer. I would have to think this is a done deal on the chineese side, so what's the holdup? Ever signal in the world point to the chineese signing and moving forward with the MOU. What, are they going to change their pattern of behavoir on this one? No, this deal as far as resource goes, id better than others they have made resently. So what's the holdup?

Could it be governmental? I knew this was always a risk in this play, but bet it would be worked out. The election went smoothly, no riots, farely peaceful(not by our standards, but their's). The ROC would be crazy to pass on this deal. Employment, infustructure, revenue's for the government or state.

Wow, what's the holdup? How could whomever had not accumulated enough share by now to be waiting? They had 2 months between .45 and .55 to have all they wanted.

Anyone have any thoughts on this?
