Not sure about the strength of China's position. Ahhh in the big picture of things I don't think it matters. China needs alot of potash relative to what it produces. So becoming less reliant on the US/Russia is wonderful... I give them full thumbs up if they give this opportunity a shot...

Need to read more on Congo though and the war in the area...
