I purchase an additional 20000 shares on RBC at 11:15 this morning, and the sale has yet to be registered on TD, TMX, or the RBC daily volume to this point.

I haven't checked any of the others, but I thought that all sales were combined to reflect all the daily transactions, so as to be fully transparent.

How is this possible, and why is it tolerated......anyone?????
