Hudbay....I stand corrected BMK is not expensive enough. When we talked about the possibility of HBM acquiring BMK, I said according to their management discussion they wouldn't do it, BMK's market cap would be little too big for their current exploration program. This NOM purchase was for $363 million (2.26x) that of HBM's 2011 capital spending announcement. Looking at the chart for NOM, this was a $2.00 stock back in October. I guess that was too cheap for Hudbay !

So my fellow BMK holders, Hudbay could very well be our white night, but at $0.50 a share don't get too excited. Just wait until BMK trades at $3.00 a share, HBM could then become interested in the company. I guess today's announcement proves that Garofalo is on a mission.
