any announcement for ROF will be positive today because Mcguinty has to show progress because his northern policy is suposed to be good for Ontario and not hamper progress. So he must show development can proceed with a healthy regard for the environment. both can work hand in hand so to speak..

that will be good for all ROF companies and may have contributed to the rise in sp.
