The Plan was not presented at the June 17 AGM. Its adoption by the BoD is made almost a year before the next AGM... I smell some urgency here...

Anyways, it's about time a SRP is adopted by BMK. And every RoF company which didn't have one should have one ready at this time. Plus some Plans to split assets (or exchange claims rights as NOT and PRB just did...), because the winds of consolidation have risen in the area, and vulturs have begun to fly over the Land...
