The way how shares being accumulating is very specific. We do not see strong large size bids in the first lines, but we do see relatively strong asks. And in addition to this most of the deals are at the ask price.

Translating this to the human language that means somebody is buying and buying very quiet. If I want to buy some stock in the uncertain period I would put a large block as ask and try to pick everything below that block. What I would not do for sure - I will never put a huge block as a bid, because it will cause a price jump right away.
