The negative influence of NOT NR is the folllowing possible line:

Bad lab quality could be an excuse for bad results (just could !) in addition to RoF fear to announce any results except excellent it is quite possible. In this case the results will be reprocessed until NOT will get a new set of excellnt visuals which will overwrite the bad series of results. So the reprocessing could be an excuse as a legal delay in results.

I do know NOT's management team reputation and I consider such scenario as almost impossible. But for a regular investor it could look different. As a result is SP 3.5 this morning for Noront

That is why I said it was a perfect chance to buy NOT at January's price this morning.
