As I mentioned on the other board, it serves no purpose to phone BMK and ask for results. There have been dozens of phone calls with the same answer, "awaiting results from the lab, will release as soon as we get them?. If you get through on the phone the message will still be the same. As I said" just like having a car load of kids on a long trip and after 10 minutes they ask "are we their yet"!

Repeated phone calls to BMK just waist managements time. Patience is required.
