Today Schwab told me the last transaction that was made through the pinksheets was at the price listed. The actual value is the Canadien price converted to US dollars. Schwab went on to say they hoped to have a system that automatically grabds the canadien price and converts it to US and then posts the price.
I also found out that at Schwab I pay an extra $.01/ share for transactions on stocks that are less than $3.00/share. That really hurts with a stock like Spider. It is hard to win uless a homerun is hit.
