Sell off was way overdone which contributes to rise today but sure not all of it. High volume could be panic buying to get back in on a rumour.

Volume keeps up the price could break right past 70 cents even without news. Actually news might find sellers coming in to take their 5 and 10 cent gains off the table.

Sure is nice to see the action going the right way.
