Noront has more money in the bank than BMK so able to move faster. They also have a pot of money waiting for when they prove out the DE 1 deposit so they are going flat out to get the required drill results.

Hard to compare the two companies since Noront is so far advanced in both drilling and actually having a rich deposit.
