Mr. Martin Rivard, President and Chief Executive Officer says in his outlook for the company "Louvem Mines is maintaining its exploration efforts at the Beaufor Mine and is working to lower its production costs. The Company has no long-term debt and has $5.5 million in working capital as at September 30, 2009."
