Someone brought up that one of the few remaining good-sized shareholders, outside the big Richmont holder, was in the position of cleaning out his/her inventory on the last run-up. I thought it was a shorting scheme by the same representative broker, T D Securities. I see the same broker picking up bits and pieces but nothing to speak of. If he's short, the market is asking him, where do you think the shares are coming from? Where are the sellers?
Although there are still some shares around, I suspect that the share market will be thin at best going forward.
If higher gold prices arrive as expected by many gold analysts, Louvem is in an excellent position to see increased drilling activity on their other land holdings which could be producers of the future with gold prices well above $1,000 an ounce. It only takes higher gold prices to get things moving on these other properties.
