An appeal to the members of the Agoracom Lithium Americas Hub

Pavel, ArchibaldXProctor and JDubski were the 3 "Hub Leaders" on the Lithium Americas Hub in addition to myself up until a month or so when we were all removed from that status without notice.

The recent AleenRitchie posts earlier today have surely shown the reason that we need "Hub Leaders" in order to quickly deal with the sort of trash that will accumulate here on this message board without someone to intervene quickly and delete these sort of obvious "Violations" that are not quickly noticed and eliminated by Agoracom Administration.  My guess is that Agoracom Administration is stretched quite thin and not able to be everywhere everytime, but our members here have the ability to monitor rapidly any obvious attempt to post completely unrelated material by anyone on the Agoracom Lithium Americas "Discussion Forum" of the Hub that doesn't have anything to do with Lithium Americas, lithium mining or lithium products.

As the Hub Leader moniker applied to myself there are other considerations.  I was never qualified on a points basis to be a "Hub Leader" on this message board.  I have been a "Hub Leader" on another message board but that was before my point status plummeted, presumably when I supported a very unpopular member of another Agoracom message board some years ago.  At least that is the event that conincided with that situation.  I don't look back with any regret on that support because the individual was "unpopular" because he questioned the Rose colored accepted viewpoint of the majority of the members of that board.  Time validated his questions, but he was eventually silenced altogether from that board.  Anyway, this board is not about me or any other single member.  What is important is that this message board continue to function whereby supervision by some of its key members is available in order to secure the message board from trash being posted that clearly constitutes Violations to the 6 Rules and to extricate those Violations expeditiously.

We need "Hub Leaders" in order to quickly clean up the trash.

I would encourage one or more of the members here to post something utilizing the "Question for AGORACOM" option in the middle of the page on the "New Message" form to express to Agoracom Administration their desire to either bring back to active status JDubski, Pavel and ArchibaldXProctor as "Hub Leaders" or to pick new ones from our membership.  I have already addressed this issue in such a manner myself with such a post and, in addition, as an individual email to our Agoracom Administrator.... all with no response.

I am comfortable with my own status of just being a member here and it is near impossible for me to rise again in the ranking world of Agoracom to anything above the "Treasurer" status.  I am OK with that and it was time for me to leave that appointed capacity anyway, but that has nothing to do with the fact that this Hub needs active "Hub Leaders" in order to function expeditiously and to stay on focus for the purpose of this Hub.

If we don't have some individuals willing to police the Hub then it will be subject to dissaray and attack by those whose purpose has nothing to do with why we are all here.

OK, that's it.  I will come down off my high horse and let you guys decide on where the future takes this Hub, but doing nothing will only serve to make things worse.
