A much longer article is linked below, however... and it is a big "however", the one linked below is a sales promotion for Casey Research, just so that you know the bias of the information.  That being said ahead of time it is also important to note that it has some very positive things to say about LAC in the context of a possible Tesla-LAC deal in the future. 

Remember, though, that all of the hype about such a Tesla-LAC deal is still just "Hype" at the present moment.  It may eventually turn out to be more than hype and may, in fact, turn out to be reality... but it isn't a "done deal" by any means.  It is only speculation at this point in time and, like a two sided coin, two outcomes are possible from flipping this coin:  The Tesla-LAC deal becomes a reality OR The Tesla-LAC deal becomes just another unatained dream that disintegrated into nothing.
