Under one of his article, there was a debate about the EV revolution, where he has provided calculation, supporting your idea. Not lithium but copper and cobalt are going to be the bottleneck of the "EV revolution". Cobalt is likely out of the hood, since the LFP chemistry prevail, but according to him, there isnt enought copper for 100% EV penetration...
