You have an opportunity to score each contributor.... I am giving the full 5 points to everyone coming back over from Yahoo.  Please pay attention to those points and give whatever you think they deserve.  Those points are important in allowing you to move up in the membership.  I lost a lot of points on another Agoracom.com board because I defended some people who wound up being attacked ( but no where near "attacked" in the sense of what you see daily at Yahoo ).  At one time I was at a Vice President level, but now I am booted down to "Treasurer".  Anyway, it wasn't my decision.. it just shows that the members have all the power to police the site.  This morning I reported as a "Violation" someone who posted a post over on "Western Lithium" because the guy violated one of the 6 Rules... he was using Western Lithium to highlight his Cannabis favorites.  Cannabis (MJ) is a big investor market in Canada and there are a ton of Cannabis sites on Agoracom and just here in Canada in general.  I reported the guy because one of the 6 rules is that you don't use a site to post information that isn't relative to the site topic.  Cannabis has nothing directly to do with "Western Lithium", Lithium America or with lithium mining.  I only point this out to illustrate that if I or anyone else posts a post that violates the 6 Rules then any one of you as a member can file a complaint as a Violation andd that Agoracom then investigates the complaint and notifies the person charged with the Violation as to their judgment on the complaint and their decision as to discipline.  The person being complained on does have an appeal and can file information supporting his or her appeal.  It truly is a great process and that is what allows for this "Discussion Forum" ( message board ) to be policed and to keep it in line with the 6 Rules.  No one... and I mean NO ONE... has the power here to dominate this message board.  We are all subject to review by our peers and by Agoracom.com.  It is a fantastic concept!
