Message: Spot price of Lithium

Whoops!  Spoke too soon.  Closed at $10,950 or threabouts on Friday, 9 August 2024.

So, what is next:  Sub $10,000 per metric ton?

There just doesn't seem to be any question that the slide in the price of lithium is the nuts and bolts regarding the abysmal performance of the LAC and LAAC share price.

Everything else aside, we have to see a significant increase in the Spot Price of Lithium if we are going to see LAC and LAAC performance be in the PLUS column instead of one daily low after another.

It is going to take some very significant "Event" to force the turn around, but "Events" do happen in the market place.  Of course the Japanese "Carry Trade" disaster hasn't helped and neither has the U.S. economic developments lately.  One nice thing about the pendulum of the market place is that eventually it reaches its maximum swing in one direction or the other and starts to tilt back the other way.  NOW would be a good time, eh?  Next week would work, but 2025 or 2026 will take more than a smidgen of "patience".

More "FOG"
