Hi, Pavel. Can't fault your synopsis of what is happening regarding lithium. The major lithium producers are not cutting back production since even at the present low lithium prices they are able to make a profit. The Wannabees are, as you noted, suffering terribly and, as you also noted, LAC/LAAC are lucky to have the finances to be able to withstand the present lithium price demise... at least for a little while.
I did post, in response to John's post, some links to positive projections and accounts regarding the present and future of EVs. The last link I posted was the McKinsey report for 2024. Admitidly it was an attempt to put the best face on a bad situation, but it still holds out some optimism as the adoption of EVs continues to progress. I think that is a better concept, "adoption", vs the one used often by some authors: "transition". Transition gives the context that we are leaving ICE vehicles, abandoning them, in favor of BEVs. That is just garbage and it "ain't gonna happen".
Well, Pavel, let us know you are still vertical. I am cutting back to maybe just a couple of times a month, maybe a little more.. just see what happens. There is no reason to keep shaking the Pom Poms when you look at the current price of lithium. 2027 is the current projection for the wind to pick up in the sail of lithium and the sale of lithium, but who knows? Maybe the winds of change will fill the sails of LAC and LAAC sooner? It could happen. If it does then you, me and JD will be back on board more frequently to celebrate the event, eh?
Best to you, Pavel. Best to JD and Best to LAC/LAAC
