This schedule simply re-states that GM will own up to 30%, and if the LAC share price was $6.99 (or less) at the time of subscription, they would subscribe for an additional 47.2m shares. This gives rise to the "Beneficial Ownership" of 47.2m shares (if the share price was $6.99 or less), but not the actual ownership (which will calculated on the actual market price).

At todays closing price, they would subscribe for an additional 34.4m shares = 25.4% ownership.

Nothing has changed from previous announcements.
