I think it is great news. LAC and BLM will finetune the rocks situation and small water issue  and that is about it.  LAC now is in a great position to accelerate construction.

 SP will go up today about 10%, and as investors read this 49-page decision and slowly digest this news more positive movement to a SP will happen tomorrow and a few days after. 

 And let's not forget a short squeeze that can propel LAC stock also. (10% short interest!!!).
