What does "at market price" mean in regards to the off-take agreement with Ganfeng for the majority of the Cauchari Olaroz stage 1 production? (Is a formula to calculate that included in their contract? If so, what is it or what variables are included?) How is that calculation being adjusted for the new strategy that involves selling unfinished product for the first few months?

As the window for "expected this year" gets smaller, are they able to provide a more dialed-in estimate on when we can be looking to hear something about first CO production being sold?

Have they been given any indication on timeline for the Thacker Pass loan application that they can share? (Rumors abound that the approval is waiting on the court case wrapping up, but technically the mine is fully permitted already so there's no reason it couldn't be granted ahead of that process being completed is there, since no preliminary injunction has been issued?)

How much longer should we expect to be eagerly awaiting the release of the new Thacker Pass DFS?
