Thanks for checking and reporting on this so quickly. I had always assumed that the DFS would wait until the appeal decision, which might have been the original plan but now they may want to get it out to shore up the SP and get some good news out there.

Or, was it an oversight to not change that part, in their haste to get the update out. Probably the former.
