Agreed.

I don't believe it's a done deal by any stretch.  That said, I think the odds (from my perspective) are more akin to 70/30 for some form of an approval in favor of the BLM/LAC (i.e., either an outright approval or a chance to correct any deficiencies to maintain the RoD). 

But clearly none of us know for sure, just looking for clues and reading tea leaves at the moment and of course we can all have different opinions.

In terms of timing, my guess is we are probably somewhere between 2 days and 42 days before we see a final decision (the 42 day mark reflecting 90 days from the August 11th filings; as an example, in California there are penalties that arise when it goes beyond the 90 day mark).  I am still trying to find out if there is any deadline for judicial decisions from a Nevada District Court perspective so we can reduce uncertainty around the timing.
