Outstanding job, Neil.  Rather obvious that you have put intense scruitiny, time and effort into formulating your review of the legal situation and in your analysis.  We are, again, most fortunate to have privy to your opinion and assessment.  I doubt than any of us can truly appreciate the amount of time and work involved in doing your research and reaching your conclusions.  In spite of any narrowness in our perception of how much was involved in your work, I do believe you will find a unanimous high regard for your post here.
