LAC/Arena news coming out during the quiet day when most investors on vacation plus super red day (caused by new Covid variant) and LAC management might be able to fly under radar and keep ArenaM shares relatively cheap.

So, suddenly Cornergrunder rumor might make sense, LAC spending a lot of shares to buy Millennium, Arena and what if their share holding needs to be beefed up , just for the future buy opportunities or Partnership. Then splitting 2 for 1 might make sense.  What do you guys think?
