Jimmy, to answer your question- we already know the Thacker Pass a tag price which is approximately $1 billion dollars, LAC has $500 million in cash so it will need another $500 mil. Basically we are looking at 50/50 partnership, which according to history is not new to LAC management.

I assume it will be a big player either car manufacturer or battery maker. Only after successful decision by judge Du we will know who it is.
