Frankly, I am not aware of any time limitations, I have seen Jan 2024 options on Yahoo, so I assume, that I could trade them if I wanted. According to Yahoo, there is a movement in volume for those options. I have checked Fidelity and I see them there too, so it wasnt a flop on yahoo web.
