I believe today is the day that Du will give her ruling, correct (assuming she sticks to her comment about giving a ruling in a week)? It would be nice to get the ruling during regular trading hours and not having to wait the whole long weekend to see where the SP lands ;)

I find it interesting that she has waited this long to give her ruling, when her last came faster than expected. I'm wondering if that signifies it is a much harder descision for her. My hope is that either we get a flat out positive ruling for LAC, or we at least have some reasonable concessions to be more sensitive to native american cause while still moving forward with the project.
