Yes, JD those little cars look like glorified golf carts but they are getting popular in China and in India and soon other Asian countries. As Okiedo mentioned, low cost of LSEV $5000 makes them attractive to urban young population and low speed is not as low anymore with battery technology improvement, so there is a huge market for those.
