I never realized just how critically important 29 July was going to be until reading this report on the previously reported delay to preliminary construction. The last sentance caught my attention.

"As part of the stipulation, the mining company agreed to not begin any form of construction until July 29, when the Court will rule on the motion to vacate the mine’s approved Environmental Impact Statement or let the BLM’s decision stand."

This will no doubt be the bellwether for all other legal fights.
