Thanks AXP.  You raised so many questions but TOB not going to talk about it, they are too busy with cartoons, LOL. Even we can be overwhelmed with all that information at once. It is easier to tackle one issue at the time.

 New Hero maybe will be a new site which will push production to 100K Mt.

  But my sight right now fixed on Argentina, I would like to know more about increasing workforce from 200 back to 900 .
