Yes, RC2, the water rights is still an issue and it is addressed in that new Annual Report document.  I don't remember where I saw it within that ducument right off hand, but it is there.  The Elko newpaper has been on top of Thacker Pass issues all along, for years.  Great source of info.   Okiedo
