I think Joe is great for sure but agree that he adds a lot of fluff to his podcasts that drag them out.  I usually play them with a player that allows you listen at a "fast forward" pace. Usually 1x to 1.5x times as fast.  He sounds like a mouse but you cut your listening time by 40-60%.
