I still own some Feb $15 calls but I would keep away from Feb and even May calls at this point.  I will have to check the recording but Jon Evans said in Dec at the Benchmark conference that he did not expect to have a TP partner confirmed and announced until the summertime.  Anything can change but I believe that announcement is what will take LAC to the next level up to $35+
