A quote from that article WB DT provided:

" A subsidiary of the company, Lithium Nevada, plans to open a lithium mine in Nevada in the first quarter of 2021 that would be the largest in the United States.

Lithium Americas did not respond to E&E News inquiries by press time."

Could it be that LAC didn't respond to "E&E News inquiries by press time" because E&E news was so far off base in their statement that "Lithium Nevada, plans to open a lithium mine in Nevada in the first quarter of 2021..."?  Maybe LAC wanted that false impression to go unchallenged in the hope that false good news is better than no good news?

Relax, guys.  I am just messing with your minds. I couldn't let that "first quarter of 2021" go without some type of comment.  Either E&E just had a typo or they just did a lousy job of researching the subject.  How I wish that their timeline coincided with the actual timeline, but even if it did you can never predict when LAC will move the goal post again.  Right now we are looking at what?  2022 or is it 2023?  Guess it depends on financing and, of course, on the ROD, but first quarter of 2021 is fantasy land.   Okiedo
