If they'd sell this ATM after the news they'd get bashed for doing a pump-and-dump. This to me is responsible management: when the news comes out make sure that nothing else is being talked about but that event. They and Banchak were able to sell millions of shares while holding the share price between 10 and 11 USD. Not bad, really (many of us are in this from way lower, right?). 

Don't they still have a 500M shelf somewhere? Maybe that's for when the SP tops $50 USD. :-)
