I hate to agree with Pavel on this one (Pavel only seems to point out issues with LAC so I question his investment motives on Agoracom and TOB) but he is correct on this point.  On page 9 of the LAC October 2020 Corporate Presentation, they clearly lay out the Minera Exar ownership and it calls out the Jujuy government conditional right to a 8.5% interest in Minera Exar.  See the below link for details.
