02:43 PM EDT, 10/15/2020 (MT Newswires) -- Nano One Materials (NNO.V), down 4% in afternoon trade, has upsized its private placement offering to 4.59 million units (was 3.7 million units) at $2.72 apiece, for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $12.5 million (was $10 million.) The agents have been granted a 15% over-allotment option, which, if fully exercised, will yield gross proceeds of $1.875 million. Aggregate gross proceeds will be $14.375 million.

The company will offer the units on a best efforts basis, pursuant to a short form prospectus filed today in each of the Provinces of Canada, other than Quebec.

Proceeds of the offering will go to research and development initiatives and business development, among others.

Closing date of the offering is expected to be Oct 30.
