Thanks for digging up this info Coeruleus.  Believe it or not my better half's family is originally from Argentina and she speaks fluent Spanish.   Despite our investment success to date and my passion for the industry, she thinks Lithium and Mining is extremely boring.  She works in the defense industry so part of me gets that perspective.  It is going to cost me a nice bottle of wine but let me see if I can get she to doing some research and weekend reading.  Personally speaking, I am not very worrried about the issue but it is always best to remove a risk from the pro's and con's list.
