it looks like LAC is creating a space for a strategic investor or it will attempt to get the money via a public offering. IMHO, the 2nd option is more likely, but that is only  my speculation. This documents means, that they will issue 50 mil. new shares or aproximately 50% dillution to us. Terrible indeed, but you may not even notice that on the share price, given current crazy enviroment.
