I gave a look on LAC website. In the section of Cauchari-Olaroz presentation is new, quite precise indication, when construction should finish - "early  2021" it says :-).

When I wake up early, then it is ussually around 6am. So based on this, I would expect first ton of Li2O3 at the end of Q2.
