This is probably the silliest idea shared among media lately about Tesla. IMHO the car socked does not allow transmission back to the grid. Battery is AC while the grid runs at 50Hz frequency. It can be done, but will not pay off. Not to mention, that the battery is quite expensive to be used this way.
