I would like to add that being a guy who watches the trading and much to the teasing of many, I noticed the trading looked a little questionable that first day. If one goes back and looks theres a few posts by many noting the same thing. TD doing a majority of selling. Talk was even on the boards once the news came out possibly explaining the selling.

I won't get into this much as what is the point? On the surface it seems that no CEO is perfect. It has the Alberta Sec commission's attention and is being investigated in an upcoming hearing. I will add here for the sake of those arguing those points that volumes and prices were unusual. I have always said that Price and volumes leads fundamental news, be it good or bad.
