I agree it was published that he said that. See my previous post. But he may have been misquoted when it was published. That is possible, but I have no proof. If anyone does, please post it.

In the meantime, here is another article where a mining cost of $3 and $3.50 are quoted.

The simple fact is that there have been a few numbers published.
