Producing Mines and "state-of-the-art" Mill
EBF,
For the record, I don't mind, if you don't pardon me for chiming into this discussion.
As I see it, from an area perspective anyone taking "a run at 92 million pounds (43-101) in their back yard" (or even 1 billion pounds not 43-101 in their backyard,) would be pure folly, unless, or until, it is proven economically viable. Doing so IMO would be a real no brainer.
Why you asked this here: "but what are they willing to pay for it is the question?" The only honest answer that can be given to you is, no one knows. You could go and consult LBE news releases for the one detailing how much JJ paid to gain control of 51% of this company. What that would lead you to conclude again, who knows. Some could argue it gives an idea of how they value properties and known assets.
Perhaps then you could figure out what your company now has in assets: ie less land mass, 43-101, no Feasibility Studies demonstrating economical viability, no Dewatering Permits, no First Nations Agreements in place, no State of the Art Mill. I'm assuming you were only offering up the Langmuir Properties in this dream of yours, because I'm sure even the most competant of mathematicans couldn't figure out how to add/subtract, allow, or compute for things, such as the Nitinat spin off.
Until you can quantify the real worth of something, (ie feasibility studies) then my opinion of: not one plug nickel would JJ pay, is no more relevant than say your opinion that they would pay more.
Noted; as you are always pointing out others attempts at asking mundane questions, with no answers that can be given as fact, I'm a little surpised that you would venture here to do the exact same thing. Little adage for you to remember: practise what you preach!
Besides, I don't think anyone here wants to get into hypothectical debates about what some company might be willing to pay for some other company, especially when it doesn't really affect the LBE investor.
