1. I see Xstrata and the union are talking and I hear it is about language but there is confidence on both sides there will be a deal. Is that what you hear?

2. I think Xstrata wants a deal to make sure they have a smelter operation available when Nickel Rim SOuth opens. Your thoughts?

3. What do you think about smelting capacity once Nickel Rim South opens.

4. Do you think Timmins miners will be able to find work at Nickel Rim South?
